RESPECT Changes Programme

The RESPECT Changes Programme is a voluntary programme that assists those who are concerned that they might be hurting, scaring or controlling their partner and who want help to make it better.  You can find out more about the programme by visiting https://www.theelmfoundation.org.uk/respect-changes-programme. There is no charge to use this service and the Changes programme is now available for referrals.    We accept referrals from a variety of sources, including self-referrals. As part of the Health and Wellbeing programme for our NHS people, NHS England have developed a number of bespoke support offers for our BAME colleagues. Looking After You Too (LAYT) is an individual coaching support offer for BAME NHS staff - it’s a space to offload the demands of whatever you may be experiencing, to deal with difficult conversations, and to ensure that your wellbeing and resilience remains a priority. LAYT aims to help you process the experiences you may be facing, as a member of the BAME community, develop coping skills, and practical strategies to manage situations in order to maintain your own health and wellbeing.
