Any problems please contact us at DCHST.communications@nhs.net

We are now asking all colleagues to complete this self-assessment if they have not completed one since 1 November 2020. The COVID-age tool gives an evidence-based assessment of how individual factors such as age, ethnicity, gender, and health conditions impact on our vulnerability, and allows us to ensure that we provide the right support.
