What do I need to do to obtain a Smartcard?

 

In the first instance we encourage Students to attend Day 1 of Trust Induction between 11am and 1pm (for more details see below).

If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, we request that you contact the Registration Authority on 07917 464010 or 07789 481151 and ask to make alternative arrangements.

When you attend, you will need to provide 3 forms of ID (2 photo ID & 1 proof of address OR 1 photo ID & 2 proof of address). These MUST be original documents (photocopies will not be accepted).   For more details of what are acceptable forms of ID please click here.

 


 

Trust induction – Student drop-in sessions for Smartcard issuance

 

Please note:  You MUST provide 3 forms of ID (as per image below) on the day.

The proof of address documents MUST be the originals and no more than 3 months old.

 

Please attend between 11.00am and 1pm. Dates are as follows:

  • Monday – 25 March 2019
  • Monday – 29 April 2019
  • Monday – 20 May 2019
  • Monday – 24 June 2019
  • Monday – 22 July 2019
  • Monday – 19 August 2019
  • Monday – 23 September 2019
  • Monday – 28 October 2019
  • Monday – 25 November 2019
  • Monday – 06 January 2020
  • Monday – 27 January 2020
  • Monday – 24 February 2020
  • Monday – 23 March 2020
