New electronic leavers questionnaire coming soon……!
Colleagues who are leaving DCHS for pastures new will soon be able to share valuable feedback about their experience of working at the Trust through an electronic leavers questionnaire on ESR.
It is always regrettable when we lose colleagues to other employers, but we are very supportive of staff progressing their career and sometimes we know this means that they take up opportunities elsewhere. In order to learn from their experience of working at DCHS we would like to encourage all leavers to take part in a quick and easy leaver questionnaire.
This will be provided by ESR.
When the leaving date is entered onto ESR, the member of staff who is leaving will automatically receive an email asking them to log on to ESR and complete a leavers questionnaire. This is super quick and easy to do – probably only taking 10 minutes. Attached is a simple user guide to help staff navigate this new system.
Of course, colleagues can still request a face to face interview and the form for managers to undertake this is here.
