We’re currently considering setting up an armed forces staff network to provide a supportive environment for colleagues with similar backgrounds and experiences. We want to connect with members of staff that are serving, have served, or have family members within the armed forces community.
DCHS has been certified as an ‘Armed Forces Covenant Gold’ employer, and we’re committed to supporting everyone from this community in a variety of ways. Did you know that active armed forces reservists are entitled to 15 additional days of paid leave, as well as preferential interviews as part of any recruitment process?
