Wellbeing coaching available now!

During these uncertain times we recognise that there are multiple challenges to our wellbeing. When we are isolating or distancing our normal routines can be disrupted and our points of connection disappear. When we are working to support others we can feel stressed and burnt out. All of this is a normal response, but that doesn’t mean we have to just put up with it.

To support you through Covid-19 we have set up the following wellbeing coaching slots. These 30 minute appointments will give you a chance to discuss your wellbeing, find solutions to current challenges, learn where you can get further support and have a quality chat and feel connected.

To book, simply click on the link for the time & date that best suits you. If that one has already been booked try the next one. At the time you have booked the named member of the team will give you a call on the number you provide.

Jamie Broadley

Staff Wellbeing Lead

Jamie has worked in a variety of psychology settings in the NHS. He has a Masters in health psychology & a background in professional sport - creating his passion for the intersection between wellbeing & performance.

 

Ruth Bailey

Staff Wellbeing Officer

Ruth is a former professional ballet dancer who also has a degree in nutrition, diet & lifestyle, coupled with experience in the private healthcare sector.

 

Pippa Short

Staff Wellbeing Officer

Pippa’s background covers all aspects of the staff journey, particularly supporting staff through the recruitment process and change.

Lisa has been coaching, supervising and mentoring staff for ten years. Lisa worked as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist within Neurology before moving into Education and Development roles. She has a particular interest in Organisational Development and Leadership.
