‘The job I didn’t apply for’ – book your place on the first ‘Team Time’ virtual Schwartz round
We are aware our staff need to have time & space to think & talk about how they are feeling now more than ever. In order to provide you with a safe space to reflect on your experience and to share if you wish to we have set up “Team Time”.
Sharing stories in a protected and boundaried space can bring about the normalising of emotions; promote connectedness; change narratives; and create a culture of openness.
Our aims for Team Time are to reduce stress and isolation, strengthen teams and increase compassion, both for ourselves and each other.
Team Time will be 45 minutes long, via Microsoft teams and will be run by two experienced facilitators. You will listen to a story and then have the opportunity to share any thoughts and feelings.
You are invited to join the first DCHS Team Time on Tuesday 12 May at 1.00pm. Places are limited to 20, if you would like to join please use this LINK to apply. Tickets will close at 12 midday on 11 May, if you have been successful an email invite to join the meeting will be sent to you on 11 May in the afternoon.
The title of the session is “The job I didn’t apply for” with the story focusing on a colleagues experience of being re-deployed due to Covid 19.
