DCHS Donations Draw
We are proud to launch our latest reward and recognition initiative to recognise and thank colleagues and teams across the Trust during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Derbyshire based companies have kindly offered to support this scheme by providing donations towards our monthly prize draw. You will be in with a chance of winning anything from a bottle of wine, an afternoon tea, attraction tickets, subscriptions, to an overnight stay in a hotel when the pandemic is over!
How does it work?
Every month all colleagues will be entered into the DCHS Donations Draw, which will give you the chance of winning one of 10 prizes.
Everyone will be assigned a number (alongside your employee numbers) and selection will be made through a random number generator each month. The ESR staff list will be ran each time to ensure everyone currently employed – permanently, through FTC or via our bank – will be in with a chance of winning on the draw.
All winners will be contacted by the engagement team and publicised via our social media channels and we’ll get your prize delivered to you.
The draw will take place on the 20th of each month – the first draw will be launched on Wednesday 20 May 2020.
