More Quality Conversations dates available– book your place today!

DCHS is proud to be hosting the Quality Conversation Programme a person-centred approach to an interaction based on understanding of the factors contributing to and underpinning a patient/client/service user’s health and wellbeing. If you understand an individual’s health determinants you can frame your approach and guide your conversation in a more constructive way. Supporting individuals to take more ownership and responsibility, coming up with goals that mean something to them that they are motivated to achieve. Now more than ever it is important to get the most out of our interactions with patients/clients and service users and this programme will give you practical ways to enhance your skills, in a small virtual setting. All you need is access to a computer in a quiet room with internet access. Feedback has been really positive with staff saying it was a really great way of learning in an intimate setting.
