Wellbeing Coaching

We know that the past few months have placed numerous challenges on our wellbeing and whilst we are now in a period of recovery, adjusting to different ways of working and supporting others can lead to us feeling stressed and burnt out.  To support you to manage these challenges we are continuing to offer 30 minute Wellbeing Coaching Calls with a member of our team.  These 30 minute appointments will give you a chance to discuss your wellbeing, find solutions to current challenges, learn where you can get further support and have a quality chat and feel connected.

Take a look at the coaches available below and then to arrange an appointment contact with details of your preferred coach. A member of the Team will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time.

We also have some longer sessions available with qualified coaches from the Derbyshire Coaching Network. If you’d be interested in these, or to find out more, please contact  to arrange a suitable coach and time for you.
