Could you be a leadership circle facilitator?

NHS England/Improvement is inviting applications from people to join a growing national network of leadership circle facilitators as part of supporting NHS leaders through the ongoing Covid-19 challenges.

Leadership support circles are one-hour sessions for mixed groups of NHS leaders, designed to provide safe space for leaders to come together and share their experiences and support each other, sometimes to work through complex challenges.

Facilitators must have:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of group facilitation and/or a qualification in coaching, mentoring, action learning, facilitation
  2. Knowledge of current thinking and good practice in leadership and wellbeing
  3. Group facilitation and or some confidence in facilitating online groups
  4. Proven ability to support individuals or groups working in highly stressful and sensitive contexts.

Successful applicants will receive two half-day induction sessions, the first of which take place on 15/16 October, with further induction sessions running in late October, November and December.
