Emails redirected to junk?
Following recent national updates from NHS Digital, a number of you have reported that some of our all staff email updates have been delivered to your junk email folder rather than your inbox. If this is the case for you, all you need to do is click into your Junk folder, right click on the email from the comms team, then select 'Junk' then 'not junk'. This should resolve the problem in the future. NHS Digital is performing these updates in waves, so although this may not have happened to date, it could well do in the coming weeks.
