This week for Leaders...
New this week: a spotlight on coaching; a short video on wellbeing for leaders; the ‘request a check in’ function on the Thrive as well as all the latest learning offers.
A spotlight on coaching
So what’s all the fuss about? It’s just a conversation?
Would you believe us if we told you that you have the answers to your own questions? A good coach believes that you do and will help you to find them through a process of attentive listening and considered questioning. More often than not, what we lack is the time and headspace to think things through in the midst of our busy working days and weeks. Coaching provides a confidential space and time, just for you, to explore your own thinking and come up with your own solutions. Whether you’re looking for support with your team, next steps in your career, building your confidence, or working your way through a project, coaching might well be for you.
