TTD - keeping check ins going

On Thursday 4 February teams across the trust held check in meetings to connect with colleagues and discuss their wellbeing. The feedback has been great and we don’t want this to be a one off, let’s keep the conversations going and find regular opportunities for us to pause and reflect on how we all are. To help keep these conversations fresh we have created a list of conversation starter questions which you can use. Check this out here.

Financial Wellbeing Session Film & new support group

In January we launched a new focus on financial wellbeing, hosting an interactive session with coach Chris Hughes. You can now view the recording of this here.

We are now continuing the conversation with our first ever financial wellbeing peer support group. We will meet on the first Wednesday of every month to share strategies and discuss resources to support our financial health. To get further information and the diary invite please email dchst.engagement@nhs.net.
