More support groups for staff – join our bereavement group and financial wellbeing group
One of the big lessons of the pandemic is that we are all finding things difficult in different ways, and that talking about this is a great way of processing and coping with our challenges. That’s why we’re building on the successes of our current support groups by adding two new groups; for bereavement and for finances. These groups are here to support you however would be helpful for you. Some attend to just listen to others experiences, others find it helpful to share their stories and their feelings. All our groups are facilitated by members of the wellbeing and Resolve teams and further support is available 1-1 for any of these areas. Our groups run as follows:
- Bereavement & grief support group: last Wednesday of each month, 2.30pm - 4.00pm
- Financial Wellbeing Group: First Wednesday of each month, 3.30pm - 4.30pm
- Virtual School Gate, parents support group: Every Thursday at 9.30am
- Shielders support group: Every Monday at 11.00am
- Nutrition support group: Every other Tuesday at 4.00pm

Our chaplaincy service – here for you
The Chaplaincy Service is still available for staff who wish to receive confidential listening and pastoral support. The chaplains can provide space & pastoral care to talk about anxiety, loss & bereavement. Available via email at email@example.com
March is Endometriosis Awareness Month and the staff wellbeing team is supporting Endometriosis UK Campaign to help raise awareness, end the stigma and break the taboo of this long term condition.
As endometriosis affect 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth. The Staff wellbeing Team will be hosting a talk with Clare Knox from See Her Thrive on Endometriosis on Tuesday 23 March at 12.30pm via Teams.
This talk is open for everyone working within the Trust. It is for anyone who wants to know more about endometriosis and how best support either yourself, or your colleague, friend or family member.
