Wellbeing for leaders
Wellbeing offers for leaders… make sure you are accessing the support being offered by our wellbeing team, Staff Wellbeing Services (dchs.nhs.uk) and Resolve.
Quality conversations, a coaching approach to leadership
Dates for the first session are now on ESR, this session provides the basics of active listening, asking good questions and a couple of well recognised coaching models. There are two further follow up sessions which can be booked via our team. Completion of all three sessions then entitles attendees to join the Derbyshire Coaching network, which provides further opportunities for learning and development with those interested in developing their coaching skills
