Take part in a physical activity challenge for charity!
This April, we are offering a chance for you to participate in a new physical activity challenge. “Ride Now” is a chance for people to come together to do something fun, feel stronger and healthier whilst supporting a good cause. From the 19 - 25 April the challenge requires you to cycle as far as you can to raise money for life-changing care and world-class research for breast cancer. You can clock up your km's on the road or on a static bike at home. You’ll have the opportunity to receive support from a challenge champion, join the Strava club to meet other cyclists and share progress, and create healthy competition with fellow participants.

If you feel ready to take on this challenge or would like more information then please contact Ruth Bailey, staff wellbeing officer,
