Staff Wellbeing Evaluation Survey
We are committed to reviewing and developing the staff wellbeing offer to ensure it continues to meet your needs as we progress out of the pandemic. To help us with this we’d really value your feedback if you have attended any of our wellbeing sessions over the past year. What follows are 10 quick questions which will help us establish what has worked for you, what hasn’t and what you would like to see going forward. Please be honest as you complete this, it is all anonymous and we want to gather feedback that will help us help you going forward. Thank you for your time and support with this. If you have any questions about the survey please contact email@example.com
Schwartz Round - Tuesday 25 May, 12.00pm
We will be running our virtual Schwartz round “Work life blur.” Schwartz Rounds provide a forum for all staff to come together to discuss, listen and reflect on the emotional challenges we experience.
New ways of working have meant that boundaries between our personal and professional lives have perhaps begun to merge, often leaving very little headspace, energy or self-compassion left in the pot. Whether working from home or on site, blurred boundaries subconsciously create opportunity for us to become super available. Whatever your role, this Schwartz Round provides an opportunity to reflect on your own health and wellbeing.

Male Mental Health and Suicide Talk - Tuesday 18 May, 2.00pm
With Wendy Hodgkinson (Suicide Prevention Development Facilitator). It is thought that one in eight men have a common mental health problem, yet research shows that men often struggle to discuss or seek help for psychological issues. This can have very serious consequences, one being the worrying male suicide rates. Around 75% of UK deaths from suicide are men, and suicide is the most common cause of death for men under 50. Wendy will deliver a talk about male mental health, the risk factors, resources and the work going on in the community around encouraging men to be open about their mental health.
Male Fertility Talk (HIMFertility Campaign) - Friday 28 May, 10.00am
There is a real lack of support for men experiencing male fertility issues, so the HIMfertility campaign has been set up by comedian, Rhod Gilbert, to encourage men to talk about fertility problems and signpost them and their partners to much-needed support. Ian and Toby who work on the campaign will be talking all about male fertility, how to support male fertility and interventions.
