Update from your Staff Wellbeing Team: You may be aware that Jamie Broadley, staff wellbeing lead has now left the team for pastures new. We thought it may be a good time to update you on how to make contact with our team and share a reminder of the Wellbeing support available to you.

As restrictions ease you may be particularly interested in attending ‘Finding your post lockdown feet’ where we will be thinking about the parts of lockdown we might like to keep, our routines and boundaries, how we can talk to friends and colleague and we will also cover some simple techniques to calm post lockdown anxiety. Email dchst.engagement@nhs.net to book onto any of the above.

 

BNF Healthy Eating Week -  14 to 18 June
The British Nutrition Foundation are encouraging us to find a healthier version of ourselves and take the opportunity to reflect on our lifestyles and consider making improvements to enhance our health and wellbeing. We will soon have a Nutrition page live on our intranet full of ideas and information, for now we would like to share the attached healthy snack ideas and breakfast inspiration. You can also join Ruth during the week at the following;

Tuesday 15 June – Nutrition Club, 5.00pm
