This session will help participants develop their negotiation planning and application techniques, ensuring they are equipped to prepare, plan, condition, prime and execute negotiations in a structured and skilled way.


HPMA Webinar – Inclusive Leadership in the NHS - Friday 18 June, 11am - 12pm
In this session, Richard Saundry of the Centre for Decent Work at the University of Sheffield will be talking to Roger Kline, Research Fellow at Middlesex Business School about his extensive work in the NHS around the development of inclusive leadership. Embrace Leadership Learning Lounge
The Embrace Leadership Learning Lounge is a new virtual space, via Teams, where primary care colleagues relax in the lounge to learn and develop. A series of five 90-minute leadership learning and development sessions will be delivered by a trainer in the Leadership Learning Lounge. You should participate in all five sessions.
