Are you feeling a little apprehensive as restrictions ease? Come along to a well-being session aimed at helping you find your post lockdown feet on Thursday 22 July from 12.30pm to 2.00pm. We’ll be thinking about the parts of lockdown we might like to keep, our routines and boundaries and how we can talk to friends and colleagues about how we feel.
