November wellbeing support offer

At this time of year we often start to notice that our usual routines and activities need to be changed or adapted to take into account the cooler weather or the darker evenings and it can take us a little time to adjust to this change. It is absolutely ok to find this a difficult transition.

You may find that your mood or your overall physical health is affected and you might need a little help to do the activities that keep you feeling well. Why not put yourself in the best possible position to stay well and watch or listen to Thrive talk about Promoting Positive Mental Health Through Winter here or book a Wellbeing call with Pippa Short (Staff Wellbeing Officer) here.

You might like to join in with some of the Wellbeing activities taking place throughout November  and you can find some tips on coping with the change in season on the attached help sheet from Thrive.
