Important message for staff with an EE mobile phones
All current EE mobile phone numbers will move to Vodafone in the coming months and in readiness for this transition we have arranged drop in sessions across the county for staff to book on and collect their new sim cards. Booking for the first week of drop in sessions has now closed.
All the EE mobile phones in the first wave of migration have been sent text messages asking them to book on. If you have received this text message and follow up texts, you only have one week left to book on to the final week of drop in sessions at Buxton Hospital, Swadlincote Health Centre, Ilkeston Hospital and Clay Cross Hospital. Failure to book on a session could result in a loss of service. Only staff who have been contacted by text need to book on a session.
Once booked on, you are welcome to drop in at any point during your chosen session and the Vodafone team will be on hand to provide staff with your new sim card and answer any queries. Failure to book on to an event or attend a session could result in loss of service. Click here to book on to a session.
Reminder: If your team has a duty phone which is on EE, please be aware that this duty phone will need to be booked on to a session separately so we can match up individual phone numbers on our records prior to the sessions. One person can bring their own phone and the duty phone along to a session but if the duty phone has not been booked on, we will not have the necessary information to be able to transfer the number on the day.
