Dry January is back in 2017 and we need you to get involved.
Taking a break from alcohol will benefit your calorie intake, finances and your general health. You’ll have bags of energy too as you’ll be sleeping better. To sign up, go onto My DCHS. Whether you’re planning on going completely dry or simply cutting down, we want to hear from you. We have Dry January wristbands to give away to the first 50 members of staff to register. So what are you waiting for?
