Staff as carers - we need your help!
If you are a carer then we need your help! In the Staff Health Needs Assessment last year we found out that 47% (420 of 889 respondents) of our staff felt that caring responsibilities have affected their physical and mental wellbeing in the last 12 months. This is a situation we want to improve so we are setting out to learn what support we can offer or changes we can make to help our carers.
If you are a carer you can help us in 2 ways. We’ve created this short survey which asks some simple questions about being a carer at DCHS. We also want to go a step further and run some focus groups and feedback sessions to hear what else we can be doing. If you’d be willing to take part in these please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We really appreciate your time!
