To all DCHS Managers: Annual Leave Accrual
To prepare the trust’s annual accounts we require details of annual leave people are carrying into next (financial) year.
This means we need you to fill in this sheet for every member of staff you directly manage, even if they are carrying forward zero hours.
Sometimes people find this challenging but it should be a very quick process. All we require is a list of all your staff, with how many hours they are carrying forward. As the trust’s policy is to carry forward zero hours, the majority should be 0. A note is only required if the carryover is exceptional, i.e. over 37.5 hours (pro rata for part-time staff).
Our turnaround is exceptionally tight. Realistically, you will not know this information until the very end of March (1 April in some cases). We need a return by midday on the 6th of April 2017 at the latest. We are aware this is a narrow window but will be very grateful for your assistance, especially at this busy time of year.
