TRAC recruitment system now live!
We are now live with TRAC which means that all recruitment processes from now on need to be completed via this system. This includes all areas from vacancy set up and approval through to booking induction.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY MORE HR06 FORMS – ALL VACANCY REQUESTS MUST NOW BE COMPLETED VIA TRAC
If you have recently been an Appointing Officer for recruitment, you should have received an email from ‘Recruitment Support’ asking you to login to TRAC and set up your user password. If you haven’t received this and are likely to be recruiting in the next few months please contact Staffing Solutions via email@example.com and we will arrange for your account to be set up.
Once you have access, user guides are available by clicking on ‘Help’ on the top tool bar and the choose ‘User Guides’. Manager user guides are on the left hand side of the screen along with Manager video tutorials. These guides are also going to be customised for DCHS and will be available via MyDCHS in HR/People Services/Recruitment. These should be available in the next few days and will also be available at the drop-in sessions that are being held as follows:
