Want to learn more about service improvement?
Why not try our new ToolsLab service improvement training?.
We have been working with colleagues at Chesterfield Royal Hospital to devise a modular service improvement training programme; each module will be repeated at intervals during the year and staff can pick and choose which, and when to attend. That said, module 1: 'PDSA cycle' is the foundation stone of the programme and must be attended before the other modules. This is an opportunity to embed a positive, enabling and proactive approach to improvement within our culture.
The sessions are open to all staff and will be delivered in the Innovation Centre at CRH or on DCHS premises. The programme is free and staff can book onto the first five modules, first two cycles, now!

How to book:
CRH are co-ordinating bookings for all of the modules. If you are interested in attending you must:
a) Check with your line manager that you are able to attend
b) Email firstname.lastname@example.org. to apply for a place. Please include the number of the module you would like to attend, which date and also your name, job title, team and e-mail address in your correspondence.
There are limited places available - but an equal number for CRH and DCHS staff.
All places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
