Raising your concerns

If you have any concerns at work, there’s something troubling you or you think there is something which should be raised or reported then DCHS has a clear pathway to help you. The new Raising Concerns web portal on My DCHS gives you guidance on how and why to raise a concern at work and what are the appropriate channels. DCHS is committed to creating and supporting a culture where members of staff are encouraged and empowered to raise concerns without fear of recrimination or victimisation in any way. Raising concerns, including risk and incident reporting, are vital and there’s a positive and constructive way to do it. Better to raise the matter while it’s a concern rather than wait for proof.
