Cyber attack update - 17th May 2017
We wish to inform staff that the ability to access remotely (RAS / VPN) has been restored. Access via RAS / VPN will be denied unless the current security updates (patches) are already in place on your machine. The updates cannot be provided via RAS / VPN therefore, if you haven’t already done so since Saturday you will need to have visited a site and be connected via wi-fi or cable before trying to use remote access. If you do get an error message you should attempt to log in at a site first before seeking technical support if necessary.
