How are we listening AND acting?
Our annual staff survey is so important to us to understand how staff right across the organisation are feeling about working for the DCHS. It allows us to pick up on any themes and act on the feedback you give us each year. Following last year's survey the headline themes were identified as:
1. Staff safety at work
2. Staff are able to contribute to improvements to work
3. Staff working extra hours
4. Staff feeling like they are making a difference at work
5. Staff recommending DCHS as a place to work
Lots of work is ongoing across the organisation to make tangible improvements and changes following your feedback. We're aware that not all of this work is 'badged' as being in response to the staff survey, so you may not always associate the two things. From not only listening, but importantly acting on your feedback.
