Healthcare Leader Forum - six events in 2017

A new series of six free to attend events called the Healthcare Leader Forum has been launched - that will reflect regional priorities in the Midlands and East.

Showcasing case studies from within the region and national innovators, discussions will focus on identifying and maximising opportunities to streamline and improve services by drawing on the experience not only of speakers but also a multi-disciplinary audience. Featuring leading names from policy, commissioning organisations, social care and public health, these events will focus on in-depth debates and discussions on how to make the Five Year Forward View a reality in the midst of a harsh financial climate. The six events taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole will cover:

Digital Solutions

Many STPs have pledged significant investment in new technologies to drive efficiency and improve quality for both patients and clinicians. This event will explore how technology is changing the way care is delivered and how patients interact with the health service, as well as bringing together key partners to deliver this redesign.

Integration of Primary and Social Care

Traditional organisational barriers are coming down and new accountable care systems are emerging. This event will provide awareness and clarity into the key priorities for development in the near and long term, as well as bringing together key stakeholders for the successful implementation of such projects.
