SMS Text Coming Your Way
DCHS is investing in its telephone network to improve telephone signal strength, reduce connectivity problems and generally improve communication capability for all staff in the most cost effective way.
As part of this large project, which includes the installation of VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), we are planning to text all DCHS work mobile phones this week to confirm which localities and towns you primarily work out of. We need to establish which locations you primarily work in so that we can equip you with the best contract for you to be able to do your job. You will be sent an SMS (text) message this week which may show from Vodafone or a generic mobile number asking you to confirm, by reply to the text message , the localities and towns you cover in your day-to-day role.
This is to inform you that the message is legitimate and we really need you to respond.
