Voicemails on mobiles after VOIP

If you access your voicemails on mobile phone and your phone is connected to the VOIP system, after the move to the new system you will need to go through the setup process by following the directions on the phone.  If you get the message ‘Enter ID’ this means you do not have voicemail available on your phone.  If you have any problems please contact the Vone-c helpdesk on 01332 562000.
