Capita system updates

Capita have made recent improvements to our Customer Portal, which will hopefully improve our working experience with Capita Translation and Interpreting (Capita TI).

So, what’s new?

The Customer Portal has been refreshed, as they wanted to simplify the process, and focus on what is important to us. The following changes/additions have been made:

  • Clear, easy-to-use buttons, which take you directly to the function you wish to use, such as make a booking
  • A facility for you to cancel or amend a booking
  • Quick access to a list of future bookings without the need for you to search
  • Multilingual support for our customers who wish to use the Welsh language to make a booking
