I wish my manager knew....... at Christmas
Life can be a bit messy and there are many things outside of work that can affect our jobs yet we may not feel comfortable talking to our managers about them, even if we wished they did know. This can be especially true at Christmas when the pressures of home life can really ramp up, whether that be finances, relationships or even alcohol or eating disorders.
We want to ensure all our staff feel confident that they can speak out to flag any challenges and get the support that will help, whether you want to talk to your manager about them or not. Check out our latest poster to see some of the challenges we often experience at Christmas and where to get support if you are struggling.
It’s ok not to be ok, just don’t feel you have to struggle in silence.
