Course Objectives
The Springboard programme enables you to reach your fullest potential.
The results relate to the individual aims and objectives that each person will set on the first workshop.
The programme can be used for career development, to get results at work, such as new qualifications, promotions, new skills, a new attitude to change and a massive boost in confidence.
It can also focus on results in your personal life, such as sorting out difficult relationships, improving health, dealing with stress and gaining a work/life balance.
Overall, the Springboard programme tackles issues such as:
