Dry January 2018 ends at midnight on Wednesday 31st January!!
After a month off, you probably look and feel better for taking a month of the booze.
But also, this break has really helped your insides. Your skin, your liver, your heart – they’ll all thank you for giving them a break.
Reducing your drinking also reduces your risk of diabetes, some cancers, heart disease and high blood pressure. Not bad, eh?
