Aspiring to Be New Leaders programme
We have had a tremendous response from staff showing an interest in the Aspiring to Be new leaders programme. As such, we are now in the process of reviewing applications and will be contacting everyone by this Thursday 25th January to let them know the outcome.
Suitable candidates will then complete a 360 appraisal and will be asked to attend an assessment centre on either the 20th, 21st or 22nd March.
Those that are successful through the assessment process will secure a place on the 2018/19 A2B Leaders Development programme. The programme will last for 12 months and will equip aspirant leaders with the knowledge they need to be a first line leader. It will include workshops, coaching sessions, work-shadowing etc. over a total of approx. 15 days throughout the year.
Unsuccessful applicants will meet with their line manager and a member of the Talent Panel to receive their feedback and create their Personal Development Plan.

‘Aspiring to Be’ Assessor Training
We would like to thank everyone who has come forward so far to register their interest in becoming an assessor. We are now looking into the possibility of putting on a further training date in April due to the level of interest. We will be in touch with applicants at the earliest opportunity with further information and confirmation of training dates.
