Changes to telephone fault reporting from 1 May 2018
The project to move to the new telephone system is coming to an end and support for the new system is being handed over to the Estates team.
From the 1 May 2018 all queries, requests or faults relating to the new telephone system should go via the Estates Helpdesk.
The best way to report non-urgent faults is to use the on-line fault reporting system at https://dchsestates.derbys.nhs.uk/PlanetPortal/
Alternatively queries, requests and faults can be emailed to email@example.com
Urgent telephone issues
These should be reported via telephone on 01629 817917 during normal helpdesk hours.
Out of hours urgent faults only should be reported to the on-call Estates number on 01332 623700.
