The DCHS Hydration Management Policy and Hydration Management Guidelines have now been archived

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLINICAL STAFF

The new DCHS Adult Nutrition, Food and Hydration Policy is now available on the DCHS Policies and Procedures site and via the DCHS Nutritional Resource Portal, please see links. The new policy now has separate guidelines for both nutrition and hydration for both community and in-patients which are provided as appendices within the main policy as follows:

Appendix 2 – Community Hydration Management Guidelines

Appendix 3 – Adult Nutrition and Food Guidelines for Community Patients

Appendix 4 - In-patient Hydration Management Guidelines

Appendix 5 – Adult Nutrition and Food Guidelines for In-patients
