DCHSmail Closure

The next stage of the DCHSmail closure is about to begin. In order to be able to access Outlook, it is important that you ensure your Outlook profile opens using your NHSmail account.

If your Outlook profile is not currently set to open with NHSmail, please follow the steps below.

Click on Start > Control Panel

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on Mail

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on Show Profiles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on Add > Type in the profile name (NHS_mail) > Click OK

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Enter your name, email address you would like to add to Outlook and related password > Click Next

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wait whilst Configuring > Configuration Completed > Click Finish

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If all steps have been carried out correctly you should see the profile as below > Click Always Use This Profile > Select Profile

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click Apply > Click OK
