Supporting student success at DCHS

Janine proposes to support existing partnerships and explore new practice placements to ensure that DCHS has optimum numbers of clinical placements for students, with skilled assessors and supervisors to meet NMC standards. Recruiting to the Standard for Student Supervision (SSSA) workforce is a high priority and Janine will be out and about around the organisation to encourage our skilled workforce to support student success at DCHS.
