We are now accepting applications for the next cohort of our Aspiring to Be New Leaders Programme.
All applicants will need agreement from their line manager and their line manager’s manager, confirming that they have the potential to lead others.
If you are interested you must submit the A2B application form, countersigned by your manager and their manager. All applications will be considered by the Talent Panel and suitable candidates will be put through to the next stage of assessment. This will include an interview and a 360 review.
Interviews will take place on 28th, 29th and 30th June with the outcomes communicated back to the applicant and their line manager in the week commencing 12th July. Successful applicants will start the development programme on Monday 13th September 2021.
The programme will last for 12 months and will equip aspirant leaders with the knowledge they need to be a leader. It will include workshops, coaching sessions and work-shadowing over a total of about 15 days throughout the year.
Unsuccessful applicants will receive feedback from the interview panel and have support to create their Personal Development Plan.
